Luma Auto aims to provide a clear shipping and delivery process. Timing and available services depend on the product, destination, and shipping option shown at checkout.
Shipping vs. Delivery
Shipping begins when an order leaves the fulfillment location. Delivery is complete when the carrier records the package as delivered to the destination.
Our Shipping Plans
Available plans and prices appear at checkout. Some products, destinations, or remote areas may have limited options or separate fulfillment times.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery combines processing time and carrier transit time. Weekends, holidays, customs, weather, and peak periods may extend the estimate.
Shipping Partners
Orders may be transported by national postal services or commercial carriers selected for the destination. The carrier shown in the tracking update is the final reference.
Order Tracking
After dispatch, tracking information is sent when available. Carrier scans may take several days to update. Use the Order Tracking page with your order number and billing email.
Order Statuses
Processing means the order is being prepared; On hold means confirmation is pending; Completed means fulfillment is finished; Cancelled or Refunded means the order will not continue.

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, contact Luma Auto with the order number.
