To be eligible for a return, the product must be defective, damaged, not as described, or incomplete with missing parts or accessories. You must contact us no later than 30 days after the order was delivered.
If these conditions are not met, we may not be able to accept your return request.
2. Return Process
Submit a request through our Contact Us page. Include your order details, describe the issue, and attach clear photos and videos showing the defect, damage, inaccurate description, or missing parts.
Our team will review the request within 3 business days. If approved, we will email you a Prepaid Return Shipping Label. Use that label to return the product; you will not be charged for return shipping.
After the returned product is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund and send an email when it is marked as refunded. The time for funds to reach your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
3. Refund Details
Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Processing Time: After the return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 3 business days. Your bank may need additional time to post the funds.
Notification: We will email you when the refund has been processed.
4. Important Notes
Shipping Fees: If the return is caused by our error, including a defective, damaged, incorrectly described, or incomplete product, you will not be responsible for return shipping fees.
Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or customized products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
